Star Mutfak, as the data controller, is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, establishing and managing the data recording system.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), we would like to inform you about the processing^[1] of your personal data, including but not limited to collection, storage, and transfer, in connection with your use of the Website, within the scope of Article 3 of the Law titled "Definitions" and about the procedures and principles of the said processing.

Your requests in your application will be concluded by Star Mutfak free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for Star Mutfak, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.^[3]

8. Exercise of Rights, Application, and Communication

Your requests regarding your rights specified above within the scope of the Law can be submitted by filling out the Application Form for the Data Controller completely and signing it with a wet signature, and delivering it personally to the address "Velimeşe O.S.B. Mh. 236.Sk. No:18 Ergene 59930 Tekirdağ - TURKEY", or sending it via notary or other methods specified in the Law.

9. Links to Other Websites

The Website contains links to other websites. We have no influence on whether the administrators of these sites comply with data protection provisions. Star Mutfak is not responsible for the contents of linked sites (and the contents of other sites linked by those sites) and does not have the authority to intervene in the contents of the sites it provides links to.
